Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an effective method of clearing out problematic and difficult feelings and limiting beliefs. EFT rests on the theory that traumatic memories are housed in a dysfunctional manner within our memory mechanism. EFT works by tapping on acupressure meridians to release blockages. When these blockages are released, the problematic feeling can be released and move us from being limited to being in a state of acceptance and acknowledgement.
